If you choose to remove them from your old bands, they are reusable and yet are inexpensive enough to be considered disposable.--- Check out these easy instructions:--- Wishbone Assembly--- 1. Insert the wishbone cord through the butt end of the terminal bead and pull out a few inches from the knot chamber. 2. Tie the smallest material-appropriate end knot and seat it in the knot chamber. 3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 at the other end. Wishbone Installation--- 1. Lubricate the NTR terminal beads of a fully assembled wishbone with a generous amount of liquid hand soap or silicone lubricant. 2. Insert the point of the beads into the ends of the tubing and press them in with your thumb until the butt of the beads is flush with the end of the tubing. 3. Tie your constictor knots about 1/2" from the ends of the tubing. 4. Done!
