Oil Leaks into Snake River
A malfunction in the turbine system at Little Goose Dam in Washington resulted in 300 to 600 gallons of oil leaking into the Snake River, per Courtney Flatt at KUOW.
Up to 600 gallons of oil were released into the Snake River before dam personnel were made aware of the leak. The leak has since been fixed.
